Ultra-portable and pocket-friendly, it packs down to just a half-centimeter thick. Ultra-strong MagSafe-compatible magnets snap Mobile Tripod to the back of your phone with a satisfying ‘pop’ and hold it in portrait or landscape mode. The unique mounting system is called SlimLink and it’s so fast and secure, it borders on magic. Aluminum legs with anti-slip, vibration-damping feet deploy in both tripod and kickstand orientations. A micro ballhead smoothly adjusts your shooting or viewing angle, and ball tension can be adjusted with a magnetically integrated tuning key. Fresh off a (completely voluntary and not at all encouraged by Peak Design) basement workshop lockdown, Robb shows off his baby, the Mobile Tripod. You’ll see it has many neat features, like adorable little legs and the grippiest of feet.

 

Pro Level Stability

The Mobile Tripod is the product of Peak Design’s extensive experience in creating innovative support solutions. After setting a new standard for compactness and performance with the award-winning Travel Tripod in 2019, the same engineering team took on the challenge of building a tripod for mobile devices. Drawing on their expertise and design principles, they applied the same precision and high-quality materials to develop the Mobile Tripod, delivering a compact, portable solution that meets Peak Design’s high standards of performance and reliability.

 

Ultra Low Profile

The Mobile Tripod is designed to be as compact as possible without sacrificing functionality. It packs down to an incredibly slim profile—about half a centimeter thick—making it easy to slide into a pocket or bag. When folded, its footprint is smaller than a deck of cards, ensuring it takes up minimal space in your gear setup. This ultra-compact design makes the Mobile Tripod perfect for on-the-go use, whether you’re vlogging, capturing quick photos, or using it as a kickstand for hands-free viewing.
